The official LabAutomation Travel Desk offers attendees one-stop shopping for hotel, airline and car rental services. Features include immediate access to hotel availability, hotel maps, detailed amenities, multi-lingual translations international travel partners, and group reservations.

Please note, all hotels are located within walking distance of the convention center, so shuttle service is not required.
Room reservations can be made on-line via the LabAutomation Travel Desk or by faxing your completed housing form to: +1.312.329.9513. Individual reservations must be received no later than Friday, December 26, 2008.
Hotel Reservations
To make your hotel reservation for nine rooms or less, use one of these methods:
- Online! Make your reservations online for immediate confirmation of hotel. Please have your credit card and arrival/departure information ready.
- Call the LabAutomation Travel Desk between 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST), Monday through Friday to make your hotel reservations. Please have your credit card and arrival/departure information ready.

Reservations are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis and on room availability. Do not submit a duplicate copy of your hotel reservation form if you already faxed it or if you registered online.
Receive a confirmation immediately via e-mail by booking online.
DEPOSIT: Hotels require a credit card guarantee. Check deposits are not accepted after December 15, 2008.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: All reservation changes and cancellations must be made through the LabAutomation Travel Desk until January 15, 2009. Do not contact the hotel directly prior to this date. Changes can easily be made online or as noted above under "hotel reservations." You may also email the Travel Desk at: labautomation@ttgonline.com.
After January 15, 2009, you must make your changes or cancellations directly with the hotel.
To avoid being charged for one night, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date, unless stated below. This also applies to early departures (checking out a day or more early).
INTERNATIONAL VISITORS
The online LabAutomation Travel Desk offers special services for our international visitors. The Travel Desk pages are available in numerous languages. Click on the appropriate flag and general information will be translated into that language.

American Airlines is the official carrier for LabAutomation2009. Receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable fare on American Airlines. If you use your own travel agency, please reference American Airlines Authorization Number A6119AH to receive the discounts. Applicable service fees may be assessed for airline tickets issued by the LabAutomation Travel Desk. The 5% discount will automatically be reflected in the cost of the flight when using the LabAutomation Travel Desk.
